How to Request Job Postings to MSHP Website
- Job postings are solely for Maine health-system positions.
- MSHP will not post blind ads. All job postings must have a readily identifiable work site.
- When the posted position becomes filled, please email within 7 days so the position can be removed from the website. This is an expected courtesy so interested parties do not apply for filled positions.
Category 1
Organizations Headquartered in Maine – a fee of $75.00 for a job position to be posted for up to 6 months or when the position becomes filled, whichever is sooner. The advertisement can be renewed every 6 months for $75.00 until the position becomes filled.
Category 2
Organizations with Corporate Headquarters located outside Maine – a fee of $100 for an ad to be posted for up to 6 months or when the position becomes filled, whichever is sooner. The advertisement can be renewed every 6 months for $100.00 until the position becomes filled.
An invoice will be sent to the posting organization and payment to the treasurer of MSHP is due once the ad is posted.
Only those employers who do not discriminate on the basis of sex, religion, age, race, or national origin should submit personnel advertising. All advertisements should include the statement Equal Opportunity Employer. Employers are encouraged to specify salary range in their position advertising. All advertisements are subject to approval and editing to conform to MSHP style.
