Attention: Maine Students!
Scholarships for Pharmacy Students from Maine
The Maine Society of Health-System Pharmacists will award up to $5,000 in scholarships to Maine residents pursuing a Pharmacy career.
To be eligible, you must be at least a "P1" (first professional year) in the fall of 2018 and be a student member of MSHP.
To be considered for the scholarship, please submit:
1. Biographical information including: summer address, personal school address, student identification number, scholastic standing (including GPA, but no need for a transcript), and current year in school.
2. A short essay (one to three double-spaced pages) discussing your reason(s) for pursuing a career in Pharmacy, your relevant experience to date, and your goals for both one year and five years after graduation.
The scholarship will be awarded by a committee before October 15, 2018. You will be notified by mail (or e-mail). Failure to include all the above criteria will diminish your chances of receiving this scholarship.
